This is not a race. It is a slow-motion car crash.
On March 14, at Booker Creek Park, we are hosting a test of pure, unadulterated mental threshold. The rules are simple, the execution is brutal, and the outcome is inevitable: Everyone fails eventually. We just want to see who fails last.
The whistle blows at the top of every hour. To stay in the game, you must complete:
5K Run (5 Laps around the Booker Creek loop)
100 Burpees (Chest-to-ground, full extension)
Finish in 40 minutes? You get 20 minutes to recover. Finish in 59 minutes? You have 60 seconds to breathe before the next round begins.
THE TWIST: Every round, the time limit decreases. The window to finish gets smaller. The pace gets faster. The rest disappears. If you aren't back at the starting line when the next whistle blows, you’re done.
We aren't giving out participation trophies for showing up. You earn your place in the dirt.
The Armor: Every recruit receives a high-performance, moisture-wicking "Ultimate Psycho" event shirt.
The Mark: Custom-cast Psycho Finisher Medal for those who complete at least one full cycle.
The Crown: There is only one winner. The last person standing takes home the Psycho Championship Trophy and the respect of the Burg.
WHERE: Booker Creek Park, St. Petersburg, FL
WHEN: March 14 | Whistle blows at 08:00 AM
CAPACITY: Strictly limited to 20 Psychos. No exceptions.
ENTRY: $55 (Covers gear, hydration, and the privilege of suffering).
The clock is already ticking. Are you a Psycho, or just a spectator?
