• 1:1 Personal Training is done either at the Home of Get Psyched Fitness at 2636 9th Avenue North or at Best Day Fitness, 6619 1st Avenue South, depending on client needs!

• The Sunday Summit is held weekly on Sundays at 9:30am at North Shore Park

• Get Psyched also offers in-home personal training and small group fitness!
