1:1 Personal Training is done either at the Home of Get Psyched Fitness at 2636 9th Avenue North or at Best Day Fitness, 6619 1st Avenue South, depending on client needs!
The Saturday Summit is held weekly on Saturdays at 8:00am at North Shore Park
Get Psyched also offers in-home personal training and small group fitness!
