John Borden is a hybrid athlete and performance coach who works with high performers to build real strength, physically and mentally.
His coaching is built on a simple idea: if your body and mind aren’t aligned, you’re leaving a lot on the table.
John combines high-level training with mindset work to help clients develop discipline, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure. The goal isn’t just to get in shape. It’s to raise your standard across every area of life.
He’s competed in ultramarathons, strongman, obstacle course racing, and functional fitness. He understands what it takes to push past limits because he’s done it himself, repeatedly.
That didn’t come from a perfect background.
John went through years of addiction before getting sober and rebuilding his life from the ground up. Training became the anchor. Over time, it turned into something bigger. A way to take control, build momentum, and create a life with direction.
That experience shapes how he coaches.
He’s not interested in surface-level change. His clients come to him when they want to break through something, whether that’s in their body, their mindset, or how they’re showing up in life.
For the right clients, his work can also include deeper internal exploration, using tools that help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity.
Most people don’t need more information. They need a higher standard and someone who can bring it out of them.
That’s what John does.

Thanecha is a coach, instructor, and space-holder known for helping people reconnect with their bodies and move with strength, control, and confidence.
Her work is shaped by her early life. Growing up with instability and periods of homelessness, she developed a level of resilience and self-awareness that now defines how she shows up for her clients.
For over a decade, she has been a respected presence in the Tampa Bay fitness community, with experience across personal training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and group fitness. Her sessions are intentional, well-structured, and designed to meet people where they are while steadily raising the standard.
What sets Thanecha apart is her ability to create an environment where people feel both supported and challenged. She brings a calm, grounded energy, paired with clear expectations and attention to detail in how the body moves and performs.
Her work goes beyond the physical.
Clients come to her to improve how they move, but stay because of how they feel. More connected, more capable, and more in control of themselves.
She works best with people who are open, coachable, and ready to show up fully.
Not everyone is a fit.
But for those who are, the experience is consistent:
higher standards, deeper awareness, and lasting change.
