John is a hybrid athlete, personal trainer, and life coach who helps people build strength from the inside out. His work blends performance-driven fitness, mindset coaching, and personal transformation to guide clients toward real, lasting change.

Fitness has been a constant in his life. From a turbulent childhood through years of addiction, movement was the one thing that never left. In those early years, it was a way to cope—but over time, it evolved into a discipline and a source of purpose. Today, it’s the foundation of everything he does.

As a competitor in strongman events, obstacle course racing, and high-intensity functional fitness competitions, John brings a powerful, athletic edge to his coaching. He trains clients to go beyond their limits—physically and mentally—whether they’re new to training or chasing the next level of performance.

His story of recovery and resilience is central to his approach. After getting sober, he rebuilt his life through movement, mindset work, and the mindful use of psychedelics for healing and growth. That journey shaped his belief that true transformation starts from within—and that fitness is one of the most powerful tools for accessing it.

Through his coaching, John helps others reconnect with their bodies, take control of their minds, and step into lives filled with strength, purpose, and momentum.

After surviving a childhood marked by homelessness and instability, Thanecha has transformed her early adversity into a powerful mission: to help others overcome their own obstacles and step fully into the lives they were meant to live. Her journey from survival to empowerment is the foundation of everything she does—and it’s what drives her to pour passion, strength, and compassion into every class she leads.

For over a decade, Thanecha has been a dynamic force in the Tampa Bay fitness community. She is a seasoned instructor in personal training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and a wide variety of group fitness formats, creating a space where people of all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and challenged. Whether she’s guiding someone through a heart-opening yoga flow, an intense sweat session, or a mindful stretch, her focus is the same: connection, transformation, and inner power.

Her classes are more than just workouts—they're experiences. Infused with motivational wisdom, soulful music, and a deep understanding of both the body and the mind, Thanecha’s sessions are designed to ignite the spirit, calm the chaos, and elevate the soul.
