Six Weeks to Shine was designed to help Baby T reach her fittest, healthiest, most dedicated and shiniest possible self in the 6 weeks leading up to her birthday. The plan encompasses elements of exercise, nutrition, lifestyle habits and self-reflection. We are confident that these six weeks will be EXACTLY what she needs to bring out her best self.
But we didn’t want to be selfish. Which is why You are here! We’re so happy that you’ve decided to join us on this journey and we can’t wait to see the amazing progress you’ll make!
How you’ll make it through
We want everyone who takes on this challenge to have the support they need to see it through to the end and get the results they’ve been craving.
That’s why we devised three different ways to get involved.
It’s free to Tune In, and we’ll even provide ways for you to track your exercise and nutritional habits.
But if you want to maximize your potential of success, JohnnieBe and Baby T encourage you to either Turn Up or Transform!
The Turned Up program includes step-by-step workout programming to fit your physical goals, weekly recipe suggestions, daily journaling prompts and a mid-challenge group call with other participants.
The Transformed program kicks off with a personal strategy call to talk through your goals and set the groundwork for your transformation. We will assess your food journal weekly and provide feedback on ways to maximize your diet’s effectiveness. And you will end each week with a group video call. The Transformed program includes free admission to The Sunday Summit and Barbell Big Lifts classes!
